Customers from a wide range of application areas rely on our individually developed retractors. In a joint briefing, we clarify requirements, wishes, and the specifications. Our dynamic and creative design team then develops the retraction technology, and finally, we manufacture the retractor individually, from batch size 1 to any desired quantity.
STOLZ retraction technology for individual requirements always begins with a compelling idea that takes into account performance, medium, space requirements, and much more. Our design team builds on extensive experience in special development on one hand and a wealth of know-how from series production on the other, ensuring maximum expertise. The use of modern 3D CAD software is the logical continuation of this expertise at the technical level.
Prototype construction, close coordination with customers, and extensive experience in lean manufacturing of retraction technology ultimately result in a retractor that perfectly meets our customers’ needs. A modern machine park (turning/milling) and an in-house welding shop enable us to fulfill almost any requirement—whether in batch size 1, small or large series, or as a unique special design.
